Synergy capture from our integrated operating model continues to expand EBITDA margins ahead of guidance.
Formulation efficiency
Our proprietary ingredient architecture prioritises shelf stability, scalability and cost efficiency over legacy natural inputs, wherever regulation permits. This formulation discipline lowers input costs, extends product life and underpins our industry-leading gross margins. Reformulation is a continuous process, always optimised for unit economics.
